The pizza is good but the employees are terrible. I was told a 15 minute wait for a pizza and I arrived 15 minutes later. The... employee told me it would be another 10 minutes til' its done. If your looking to get pizza at this location, make sure youdon't show up for atleast 5-10mins til' they say it'll be done to ensure your pizza is actually ready! Read more
If I was able to do zero stars I would. Don?t get me wrong I don?t expect a pizza that?s $5 to be the greatest thing ever. But I... do expect it to not taste like it?s a day old already. Antonio refused to make my single pizza at 9:30 saying that they were about to close, even though they don?t close till 10. I... even told him that I tried calling ahead of time and nobody decided to answer.Terrible customer service. This is our third visit to this location. We have had absolutely great pizzas, wings, crazy bread, italian cheese bread, etc.... For a low cost pizza chain, I have to say this location is excellent. The staff really seems to turn out a great pizza andsides. Order is always correct and on time. Great job. Tasted amazing. Read more
Crazy by the other reviews, but Ive found the pizza to be surprisingly good. Cheese, sauce, crust, etc all good (Deep Dish &... most notably the thin crust). I kinda rediscovered them recently looking for a quick cheap pie and ended up ordering a few timessince. I I use the app and pick up at the portal and the order has always been correct and the pizza has been spot on. Today, Iactually accidentally ordered a regular round (which I don't care for at all) instead of the thin crust, called them up and theyfired up the correct one for me. So that's great customer service on my end and what prompted me to write this review. 5 starsfor what it is, efficient and tasty inexpensive pizza ???? ???? 1/29/19 Had to drop them down to 3 as more recently they justkinda threw my pizzas together and didn't do them the way I ordered. Kinda skimpy on cheese and sauce as compared to previously.The crazy sauces have been less than half full too, kinda stupid. My daughter really likes this pizza. ! It's nice just to stop by and grab a pizza and go home
