I ordered an Italian Sub sandwich. This wad my 1st and last time ordering from here. Stopped for a quick lunch with my... co-worker. The total came to $7.04 w/ tax. The cashier only gave me $12 back and when I mentioned my change she seemed to becomeupset, after owing me $1. I asked for xtra mayo. The sandwich was made TERRIBLE, so much mayo, sub sauce, banana peppers andcheese that everything fell out of my bread. I couldn't even eat the sandwich. To top it off the bread was warmed, so everythingwas now warm, soggy and sloppy. NEVER AGAIN. My co- workervhad a build your own pizza. She wasn't happy with her food or theservice as well. Read more
Long time customer and as of tonight I now won't buy another pizza from this joint. I order from these guys at least twice a... month and often times 3 or 4 times. I live 4 blocks away. I usually get two pizzas at a time. And this stuff isn't cheap.Tonight they tell my my bill is $17 for a single medium, one topping, and then the guy on the phone puts me on hold for a fewminutes. When he comes back he tells me that they can't deliver because the order isn't over $15 (After telling me the orderwas $17.) Their drivers NEVER leave my driveway without at least a $10 tip - ever, even though I live a very short distanceaway. Pretty sad way to treat a regular who tips very well. There are plenty of other choices nearby. This place won't be oneof them again. Read more
Manager was cool. I ordered a top dollar pizza and they now ignore me. I'm trying to order it again, but bad management is what... it is. I almost eel like Marco's stole my money. Ordered online well in advance, arrived on time food still being prepped and cooked. 15 minutes later it was done. Or underdone... as it were. Really wanted to try the pizza bowls so we did. They are super rich, but cheesy and delicious. The sauce is quitegood too. Cheesy bread was doughy and undercooked, marinara sauce cold. So, hit and miss. Read more
I love Marco's! Until now! I ordered my usual 2 pizzas. Waited 39 minutes for it, took it home a one pizza had hair baked in... the crust! So I took another piece out and there was another hair baked in the crust as well!! This is disgusting!! Whi said NOTto wear hair nets! I'm never getting pizza from that place again! First time ordering from here. Placed an online order. It was ready on time. I enjoyed a pizza bowl. This is most everything on... a pizza, but in a bowl without the bread. It was very delicious. A great idea for low carb eating. Read more
