The order was hot and fresh. Staff appearance clean and professional and the manager was a woman in her very early 20s who had... the place running smoothly and was in confident control of things. The only thing was the lobby was about 62 degrees and manycustomers were overheard commenting on the temperature. Aside from that this Mc Dee's was above par as compared to others nearby. Read more

We waited in line for a half hour for a sausage with egg McMuffin. We said that specifically. When we got to the window to get... our food, they only gave us a sausage McMuffin without the egg. They said next time to explicitly say that. We did say that.Very rude people. Read more
Absolutely awful. 9/20 between 7:10-7:40 PM. The lady taking drive thru orders with black hair in a pony tail yells, ?Why are... there so many of you on a Tuesday! It?s Tuesday!? Why?!? From the back as she continues to take drive thru orders. Was told topull up and wait for my food along with 5 other cars, 30 minutes later my food never came. Went inside and they?d given it tosomeone else (after trying to give me two other orders that weren?t mine). The shift manager in the red shirt was very nice andclearly overwhelmed. I am an operations manager myself and her employee (mentioned above) was just a such a brat after she?dclearly messed up by having everyone park and wait. She does not represent your company well and makes it extremely clear thatshe?s not interested in the success of the business, as an influx in customers drives her to literally yell about why there areso many people. I stopped here after a very long day of travel, just to pick up a big Mac to take back to my hotel room and rest. My goodness,... this meal was the absolute worst thing I have tasted in a long time. I don't know where the burger patty came from, what lab orhow long it's been there, but it was so bad and stale that any McDonalds in Nevada is no longer an option for me. Read more
I have told these people about this kiosk card/chip reader 2 months ago. This side of the kiosk had not even worked for a month... and i go in today and its working...someone else was using the other side and i said okay this side is working. Place my orderand then try to pay....the chip reader said it couldnt read it to slide the card ..did that. Then it said that i had to use thechip reader. Dang it. So i had to try and force my card in and it declined it. Fine. Went to the front to pay and itdeclined there too. Great now my card is locked. Love McDonalds?? Read more
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Drinks don't get filled all the way and they leave the paper on the burgers. Waste of money.
I have been there for gaming. The area is very clean and if the host is on duty he is really nice asking if I would like a drink... or anything. Nice dining area,however they lock their bathrooms at night for some reason and in Vegas finding an open bathroomis a job. Read more
