Very rude customer service.. I got something from Everbowl right next to them and asked if they had outdoor seating to which... they said no, but Menchies will allow you to sit at their patio. So I figured ok great! As soon as I walked over an older manwho i?m assuming is the owner said ?excuse me what are you doing?? to which I politely replied that ?Everbowl said it would okto sit here is that ok?? I figured since their was 0 customers and plenty of seating that it wouldn?t be a big deal.. instead hesarcastically responded with ?did they buy the chairs and the umbrellas? no, sorry.? and it?s like, I totally understand! I wasunder the wrong impression, my bad. but you could?ve just said no it?s for paying customers, and I would?ve happily gotten adrink or something so I could sit outside. instead I got rudely demeaned and almost insulted. you don?t talk to people thatway..
