Very rude customer service.. I got something from Everbowl right next to them and asked if they had outdoor seating to which... they said no, but Menchies will allow you to sit at their patio. So I figured ok great! As soon as I walked over an older manwho i?m assuming is the owner said ?excuse me what are you doing?? to which I politely replied that ?Everbowl said it would okto sit here is that ok?? I figured since their was 0 customers and plenty of seating that it wouldn?t be a big deal.. instead hesarcastically responded with ?did they buy the chairs and the umbrellas? no, sorry.? and it?s like, I totally understand! I wasunder the wrong impression, my bad. but you could?ve just said no it?s for paying customers, and I would?ve happily gotten adrink or something so I could sit outside. instead I got rudely demeaned and almost insulted. you don?t talk to people thatway.. We love this place!!!! Super clean store !!! The owner is a super friendly guy, and he wants to make sure you have a good... experience every time you go in. The overall customer experience is always exceptional!!! They have good selection of yogurt(10 flavors) and LOTS of topping choices. The frozen yogurt is super delicious and healthy ( no artificial flavors orpreservatives) . It's not like the other frozen yogurt places , Menchie's has taken it to the next level being healthy frozenyogurt . My definitely favorite yogurt place!!! Excellent yogurt and service! Super clean, tasty flavors, and great selection of toppings. My kid loves this place. 100% better... than our CA home location. The older gentleman is not rude, just has a mature demeanor which is a good example for young,impressionable kids.
