We are snowbirds, travel between Utah and Nevada in the winter. We never miss a visit to The Oyster Bar. Is there a fancier... seafood bar in Vegas? Of course, but you will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, comfortable and satisfying meal inVegas, and the price is very reasonable. Read more

I get the exact same thing every time and call that boring but I call it tasty ;) ~ that?s a crab pan roast, level 8 spice (the... photoed hot sauce is the best of all the offerings for notching up the spice while minimally changing the flavor ? not garlicky, vinegary, sweet, etc? just hot), and I sub pasta. I have to take at least half the dish home; it?s massive. Perfect spot to sitat the bar and watch the food be cooked, and the chefs are always friendly. This location never has a line unlike PalaceStation?but also closes around 10pm. Read more

Everyone online raves about the Oyster Bar. I went to the one at Palace Station and it was...closed for cleaning, so I came here... at Sunset Station. One would expect excellent oysters at an oyster bar. These oysters were anticlimactically small and saturatedin cheese, like who does that. How can you taste the oysters when they're plastered in dairy. I definitely had better ones inthe Pacific Northwest. Then many online reviewers say the pan roast is a must-try, so I did. It was basically a big bowl ofcream of tomato soup with whatever ingredients you ask them to put in. I had the lobster and the meat was tough. It was probablyfresh but I couldn't tell with the amount of spice they'd put in. People say they wait for hours to get into this place. Oneperson without alcohol and the bill was $60. Um. I don't think one can solely blame this on inflation. I really wanted to lovethis place, but in the end I simply do not see the appeal. The service was great. Some people complain about slow service. I satat the bar and the service was prompt and courteous. Read more

Loved this place, because there was hardly ever any wait time to sit unlike Palace Station, lately it?s been such inconsistent... though? and then having a carb leg with leeches on it? was the last straw. Sorry I will not return. Read more

Have been going to the Palace Station Oyster Bar for over 20 years but heard this is the same and no wait! They were right. No... wait on a Sunday afternoon and the combo pan roast and gumbo were exactly the same! It is a 20 minute drive from the strip butit?s worth it instead of me standing in line for 2+hours. This one isn?t open 24/7 like the Palace Station one but that isn?tan issue for me. The casino is less crowded and more spread out too which is nice. Read more

Decent place for some Cajun seafood. I got the oysters and combo pan roast here. Oysters were disappointing, however the combo... pan roast was absolutely delicious! We got it at spicy level 6 and it was the perfect kick of heat. Very flavorful. This seemsto be their most popular dish, and its no wonder why. Read more

A classic place to go to in Vegas. We used to go to the one in Palace Station, but this location is better because the lines are... not as long and there's more seating. My friends live the panroast here. I get mine with just chicken and sausage with the riceon the side. If you haven't tried it, go and check it out. Read more
