I have been coming here 7 days a week, but they lost standard since they don't give you cup for fountain water, they're tricking... you into buying soft drinks/water bottles BUT I AM NOT PAYING $2.10 for ONLY a bottle of water EVERYDAY here. Literally THE WORST!!!! The only receipt I was given was for my mobile order. Not an ACTUAL receipt where I can leave feedback... because all the info isn't there. Ordered a $3 coke, received diet. The plates were in the bag LEANING, TIED & STRAWS INSIDE.What sense does that make?? Food was COLD. Had to reheat it. No mobile order pick up parking spots. This place has gone downhillso fast. If I could give them zero stars I would I come here all the time never had a problem with the food until now. Mushroom chicken... is my all time favorite so I know how it's suppose to taste. First off they filled my whole plate with rice, then they only gaveme 4 little pieces of shrimp fro.the walnut shrimp. Not only that but I bit into a raw piece of chicken. The had an attitudecause I was letting them know it was raw. The manager said that's how they cook it. I said you give raw chicken to yourcustomers? She said if thats how it comes out then yes. This place is always chaotic I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a bowl. I told the girl half half . And she said that... they don't do half half for the bowls WHICH IS A GREAT LIE. OBVIOUSLY MANAGEMENT DOES NOT TRAIN THESE EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY. Read more
Good food but boring menu that never changes. Cream cheese rangoon is not fresh. You have to request sauces now.
Thank you Panda Express, when all other Chinese food joints are charging $15 for a single entree you guys offer a whole Bigger... Plate for the same price which is three, count em! 1 2 3 entrees! And two scoops of rice or noodles. Read more
