Some perspective on this place. When you visit this establishment you expect the aspect of service to be superior to say an... establishment that serves hamburgers. How disappointing was our visit, not only at the drive thru but also at the window. Wasonly able to order two items before I was asked does that complete your order. And before I was able to answer I was given atotal and told see you at the window. When we arrived at the window our card was grab and charged then a bag toss to us. Thegirl asked you want any sauces? Before our answer she said no, then slammed the window door. We went in to request managementand was told not one was working. She did provide sauces, enough that will last us for a few years. Who wants to obtain foodfrom an establishment that has 'spoiled' bad workers. I?ve never had such a bad experience at Panda! The manager was on the line taking orders, as one of the associates was on break.... My wife got a bowl and was given the smallest portion of orange chicken the manager appeared to get bothered they I told my wifethat was not what we are paying for. Continued to take my order again gave me the small portion of the sides as I got the biggerplate. I returned to the line to ask y I was only given 2 pieces of mushroom and literally the tiniest pieces of chicken thatdidn?t even look like chicken. The manager again was bothered stopped the person that was helping me and told her ?here herethat?s it no more? very disrespectful. I?ve worked in the food industry and this was definitely something that needs attentionjust by looking at other reviews I see this is an ongoing thing. And lastly as we were leaving she stopped one of the crewmembers and asked him if he was making sure the trash bag was actually full and literally picked up the trash bag to make surehe was doing his job right proceeds to go back on the line after only putting on hand sanitizer. That was disgusting didn?t evenwash her hands and proceeded to serve another customer. Portions got smaller and the food got more expensive. It doesnt taste the same either. Its very bland. In addition i ask for soy... sauce and they put no soy sauce in the bag. Made me get out my car and go inside and get some. Simple orders seems too much of atask for the staff to handle. Wont be going here again. Read more
I ordered my plate with fried rice, got home and it tasted awful. It tasted like old brown rice. So I called them to see if it... was white or brown rice. The girl who answered said it was brown rice and they always do that at night so they don?t waste anyof their rice. Since when Becky? It always been made with white rice. I love panda but I'm done after this! I'm currently pregnant and found a bug in my food while I was eating my hubby was nice... enough to bring us lunch and I couldn't believe me eyes I had to show him to confirm what I was seeing but yes in fact It was abug and after that I threw up for a good 5 minutes and get sick every time I think about it and the hubby isn't feeling welleither he ate his entire meal and doesn't know if he ate a bug..This happened around 2pm today!
