I ordered chicken bacon ranch and received it with pizza sauce supposed to come with ranch sauce. Called the store and they said... they are going to send another one. This store needs to get orders right. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered this. Iwill order from another store in the future. Been over an hour and still don't have my order. If it were a Friday or a Saturday night I could understand being busy and continuing to use covid-19 as an excuse for why you... can't get the job done is getting tiresome. I have tried on many occasions to give them another chance to provide better serviceI feel that an estimate of 45 minutes to an hour for a delivery that turns into 2 hours is just unacceptable. Ultimately youwind up with cold pizza delivered by a second hand company that doesn't care about anything to do with quality of the productonly profit. Read more

I had the worst pizza that I?ve ever had from Papa John?s the other day. Not only was it a 70 to 80 minute wait To receive the... pizza, which was OK, But when the pizza Arrived it was over cooked, dried out, and wasn?t worth eating. We order pizzas here on a regular basis and although the pizzas are always good, for some reason they keep leaving the same... toppings off of one of them!!! I called yesterday to complain and ask to speak with the manager, and apparently they were toobusy to talk!!!! If you don't want to deal with a complaint then maybe you shouldn't be one??? First ordered 2 large 2 toppings stuffed crust pizzas to be picked up. One okay, second, no toppings just cheese. Called to... notify about order. Delivered pizza, only to screw up order again. No Toppings Again, BUT CHEESE . Neither pizza was cookedentirely. You could immediately tell thee dough was very much under cooked. Read more
