Worst Papa Murphy's that I've been to. The order was prepared incorrectly, the clerk was rude, and they double billed me. When I... walked in, none of the 3 employees even acknowledged me. The pizza was just thrown on the counter. I tried to call the next daywhen I caught the duplicate billing but no answer. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Papa Murphy's is always great. A pizza that actually taste fresh instead of the manufactured taste of places like Pizza Hut.

I live near the Stephanie/American Pacific location so I usually go there but they were closed so I drove the extra distance to... this location. I arrived on June 20, 2022, around 12:00, went inside and waited and no staff ever came out. I did not see a ringfor service button. I waited, and waited and I guess the door is unlocked but there were no staff working. At least I did not doan online order and would have paid for something I would not get. It's ridiculous that you have to pay full price for a pizza that is NOT baked. Now I have to take it home and bake it! I might... as well go to Walmart and buy a pizza thats half the price. And yes I did try and cancel the order to get my money back and theywouldn't let me because I touched it. Very disappointing. Never have heard of a pizza joint that does this. This Chicken, Artichoke and Spinach Pizza has an incredible Garlic Parmesan white sauce. You pick it up unbaked, take it home... and bake it, and eat in 16 minutes. It is soooo yummy! I get heartburn with traditional pizza sauce this is a game changer. Theyhave changed their hours recently so make a call before you order. Yummy pizza. I never have to worry about my pizza being nice and hot since I bake it myself. It it gets burned it's my fault not... the companies. I can put an order in whenever I want to pick it up and it's always v ready when I get there. The employees arealways polite. It's too bad they had to shut down the one closest to my home because of people not wanting to work since itseems to be a nice place. Read more
