I was there today I think the cashier.. was most important was his phone I pay for my order and we walk away this happen around ... 12pm and I was EXCUME HELLO but his attention was on his phone pizza was wrong and my wing was the wrong sauce.. I try to gethis attention to get napkins and pepper and cheese.. I hard for us construction workers. ???? to make time to eat and when wedo. I ordered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni with extra mushrooms, onions and cheese. There were barely a dozen mushrooms and... about the same with the onions. The was also very small amount of sausage and the cheese appeared to be just a normal amount. The pizza was cold and the crust was like dry paper. I will not be ordering again. Read more
I just got off the phone after having some issues with their website. They would not honor the 1-topping large pizza for 8.99... carryout special that's on PIZZAHUT.COM. I realize this is a first world problem, but it's pretty sad when someone can't puncha few buttons to honor a coupon on their website. I just started my oven to make a Tombstone, and I'm a bit crabby because Ireally wanted pizza hut. Read more
The pizzas I ordered yesterday were overcooked and dried out. There was no marinara sauce with the breadsticks, so I had to go... to the grocery store to buy some pizza sauce. On the whole, I thought the meal was poorly and unprofessionally prepared. Cookthe pizzas correctly and include all the things that I paid for that are supposed to be part of the meal and I will leave ahigher rating next time. Read more
Hello, I ordered the Detroit style pizza and was disappointed with the amount of sauce all over the top of the pizza....way too... much. I should be able to pick the amount of sauce like the amount of cheese and toppings. But the rest of the pizza was good. At least Pizza Hut did better than the last time I ordered. Every time we have ordered from this particular pizza hut, the order has been right, delivered quickly, delivery people have... made sure we heard the doorbell and have been polite, and the pizzas have been delicious! Best and most consistent pizza hut wehave ever lived or worked near! Please tell the manager and staff they are doing an awesome job! Read more
Fantastic hot food & great customer service! I had originally walked into a restaurant across the parking lot to buy 9... sandwiches to bring to the park for our impromptu crowd of kids and family members. The cashier there told us that without 24hour notice it was unfair to the team to place such a big order, even though I was going to come back later to pick it up. Shesaid I could order their maximum of 8 sandwiches, but not 9. I thanked her & left! Pizza Hut was more than happy to accomodateour last minute gathering, even helping with a question I had about our online order. The employee on the phone was great, andour delicious food was literally ready in 20 min! Pizza Hut received our money (which I think was $70 or $80?) and has a newloyal customer! They changed my order from a big box with 3 pizzas to just 3 medium pizzas AFTER they delivered it thus charging my card more... than I approved. Never again. Make sure to check your bank account after ordering from them. Read more
