I ordered a medium Detroit style Meaty Deluxe pizza that was supposed to have sauce bacon pepperoni and Italian sausage there... was hardly any sauce on the pizza a few pieces had barely any that you could even tell that was on it there , there was only twopieces of small pepperoni on each piece one piece of sausage on each piece and only one piece of bacon total that wasn't even onthe pizza it was sitting in the box!! NEVER received my pizza. They called me a liar & called the police on me. They didn't give me a refund either. They are useless,... so is this location. I only ordered delivery because I had no other opt at the time. I thought Pizza Hut employees delivered there own food and was... not told it would be delivered by an unsavory "third party" until it was out for delivery. I have seen first hand what some ofthese "third party" delivery drivers do with your food and it is disgusting. The employee was very rude on the phone when Icalled to find out why and I threw my entire order in trash when it arrived. Read more
Ordered super late and got a call from the manager. I thought she was going to give me a line about how they're already closed,... but that wasn't the case. She had already sent her delivery driver home and offered to make delivery through DoorDash. I reallyappreciated it because I had nothing to eat and was really craving pizza. Read more

I did not get the pizza I ordered. Disappointing. I rec'd a plain cheese pizza. After a delivery charge of a whopping $4.50... plus adding a fat tip BEFORE ever receiving the order, I expect the restaurant and the driver to double check and make sure theorder is right before leaving. Ordered 20 mins ago and apparently it's nowhere close to ready. There is literally only one other order on the board. This is... simply staff doing their job poorly. Upon arrival it took 6 mins for someone to even address that I was here. Absolutelyterrible service - 3p on a Wednesday - plenty of crew members here - just no one making the very very few orders they had. Ontop of that they have already checked off the order as complete in their system so that they can falsify their speed of servicemetrics - a sign of poor management if they have to manipulate numbers to make themselves look good.
