Very disappointed after waiting an hour for my food to just receive my food not even packaged properly. On top of that, food... wasn't even fresh. Ordered off Doordash the food wasn't even sealed, for all I know the doordash driver could've been tamperingwith my food. Not worth the $28 spent. So let me tell you I order from this Popeyes over 4 times from postmates and once in person. Ordered 16 piece meal. 7 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 4 breast =15 pieces. Sides only filled up about 3/4 of the way. Had to wait... 30 minutes, 30 minutes in the drive-through lane for the order to be given to me. We had purchased a fried turkey for Thanksgiving from this Popeye location and it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to order a... fried turkey for Easter, however the staff was unaware of them having turkey's for Easter so I tried their fried chicken, it toowas delicious, very fresh, fried to perfection and very tasty. I was told the fried turkey's are only available duringThanksgiving and Christmas on certain days and walk in only on a first come first serve option. The establishment was clean,service was friendly, helpful and professional. I was amazed at the speed in which our order was prepared and served. They havea parking lot, the parking lot was clean, they offer drive thru, clean restrooms, clean dining area and helpful staff. Read more
The line took quite some time to get through. When I finally get my food half my order was not in the bag, I had to go back and... wait again for it. When I finally start eating I find a hair in the chicken. Of course I found it only after I had eaten a piecealready. Love that for me. Read more
There's chicken is grease and tiny drum stick and they don't give biscuits. We got the 1399 box mix the wings were tiny the... drumsticks are tiny everything was really tiny you can fit each piece on the end of your fingers it was sad ????. Ordered a meal I requested a fresh meal, I got to the window and they hand me the meal I knew it wasn?t what I expected, the... burger and fries were cold then I return it back, they tried and say it was out of the fryer when it was plain cold, theyreplaced my meal, fries were good but burger the same ???? then I opened the burger and it had a black spot on the chicken, Iwent back and return it and asked for a refund, avoid going at night I overheard the manager saying to another employee thatthey won?t make fresh food at night, so apparently they made it seem like my meal was replaced with fresh when in reality it wasthe same chicken sitting on the heat light.
