Very helpful staff, my tacos and beans & cheese burrito was good , I visited the shop 3 times during my stay in Vegas.
1st of all the drive thru took 5 min to greet me then said “one sec” then took another 5min to actually take my order. I... ordered 3 bacon breakfast burritos which they took 15min to give me. Finally get home and to my disappointment let’s just saythey’re the WORST bacon burritos I’ve ever ate. They had no egg and whatever egg it did have was burnt; the bacon was old asif they had it in the fridge for a week and then reheated it the pieces looked black and we’re hard to bite; the potatoes werehard as well definitely NOT WORTH the $9 I spent per burrito and not to mention I asked to add sausage on one of the burritoswhich they charged me an extra $2 and it only had like 3 pieces of it. I hope the owner sees this and maybe retrain their cookson how to properly make a burrito which isn’t rocket science and also have better care for the actual meats and not reuse itwhich isn’t healthy to the consumer just to save money when it’s clear the customer isn’t saving any. Meat tasted old and fried were old. Super gross. Not coming back to this location. $18 for this and a coke.
We went to Robertos taco shop on 1530 W.Sunset Rd Henderson. It was super clean and friendly fast service. The food was great... very tasty and good portions. I love this Robertos. Great job all the team there!!!! Read more
Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, which was mistake #1. You want burnt to a crisp bacon that will break your teeth? Hurry and... order before it’s gone! Also had about a 4 inch black hair rolled up in between the tortilla and the insides. Yummmmm Read more
The flavour is there, but just don't order the carne asada fries, unless you want French fries at taste like, they've just been... defrosted by oil not cooked. Very disappointing. The texture is grotesque. Read more
Food was good and the customer service was exceptional! Was in town for Bball tourney and decided to eat here. We all enjoyed... our food and the guys there were great. We basically had the place to ourselves. I prefer this spot to the one on the strip(orclose to it). Read more
I don't know what happened to this place over the years it used to be the best Roberto's but there's no way I would probably go... back there because of the bottom that was sleeping in there for a good amount of time and they just should clean it up and thefood is completely different Read more
