It's weird how you don't care much when they always say welcome when you come in but I guess you get used to it cause the other... day I randomly saw this Starbucks and stopped and I thought I was invisible or something cause noone said hello or anything forawhile and you realize that if they don't help you right away but they acknowledge your presence, after you get used to thatit's weird when they don't do it,I'd suggest it's worse when that happens than if most of the time you were ignored cause itreally stands out when it's inconsistent. I visit this one frequently. Service and items are always great. The only negitive that it seems very dirty most of the time... around seating areas. The trash can by the outside front entrance is ALWAYS filled and overflowing. I always wonder if it evergets emptied. Read more

It was okay. It would be a bit of a walking distance from CSN specially in the Vegas heat. Best reached by car. Inside seating... might not be enough during a busy time. I was there mid afternoon and it wasn't that busy. I was able to get a table right by apower outlet and get an hour of work done. Customer service is adequate. I've only been here once so I can't comment much. Iwasn't able to use the bathroom, so I can't comment on the cleanliness of that either. Read more
I have loved this Starbucks for years, unfortunately there have been staff changes lately and my drink has been made wrong... multiple times. I have been trying to give them leeway, but it's going on several weeks now of incorrectly made drinks. I amgiving you 3 stars for now. I know it will get better, but today my drink tastes watery. This location is wonderful. The GM Brent is super dope and is always smiling. I actually randomly ran into him at the location... on eastern and Russell this morning. Looking handsome as ever and always being of service. Grateful for the people who remembertheir guests and always go above and beyond. Read more
Where do high school and college students ????????? (happily or maybe obliviously) mix with their much older elders ????????... every day? Answer: This Starbucks. It's spittin' distance (as they say in Texas where I'm from) from both Foothills High Schooland CSN Henderson. So it makes sense this would be the place to study, chat, sip and woo. But the store is surrounded by homes ???? (I actually sold one a few blocks away) and the locals like to hang out there too. The place is a multi-generationaldestination. ???? It's one of the bigger Starbucks stores in the Las Vegas valley. There is an intimate corner tucked away forthe lovers. ???? But the main room had a Grand Central Station buzz when it was actually possible to gather. It's like you wantto be seen here. ?? The baristas work fast and furiously. I have never had a wrong order and my latte has 5-7 components! ?(Yeah, I'm picky!) The remodeled stores took a different view on art. They now have line drawings on the wall gallery-style.???? Most have to do with coffee (I love the whimsical one with all the different kind of coffee cups). I am perplexed by thefish and waves one. Because Starbucks started in Seattle? ? Girl with black hair at the register taking my order around 8:25am intentionally plays semantics. And someone please tell her to... close her mouth and fix her dead facial expression. I said splash of cream and she spends 2 minutes trying to make me chooselite or regular. Not only do I not know what she was referring to as I?ve never been asked that but spending as much timediscussing what a splash should be is insane. This location is better than her service.
