Ok so how does a Starbucks not have ice coffee. Well this one ran out and did not make more and told me to get cold brew and I... hate that one. So the manager I guess does not care about customers. I went in today, this is my favorite Starbucks out of all of the Henderson locations. Today I was helped by Isabella, Blake,... Kiley, and Ashley who were all INCREDIBLY generous. You can tell that the staff truly care about their customers. Thank you allfor making my day so much better! Read more

Previously had given this location 1 star, buuut have gone 3 times within the last month or so and they were on point each time.... Above and beyond, polite smiling faces. Both cashier and barista. And this is at least 2 different crews. Good staff. Greatdrinks. I'll be back. Read more
