This is my 'go to' Starbucks location. I have to tell you about one specific event which I will forever be thankful for. I had... placed a mobile order online and when I got to this location the barista, I so wish I had gotten his name and am so sorry I didnot (August 24th around 11am), told me that their mobile ordering wasn't up that morning and it had to be for another location.So, I check my phone and, yes, of course it was another location (this is so me by the way), but the barista said "no worries,we got you" and proceeded to take my laundry list of a drink order without complaint. When I got to the window in the drive inhe handed me the drink and told me "you already paid for it, there is no way I am making you pay again" as I held out my phonefor scanning. How can such a simple gesture make a person's day you ask? It is because it really is the little things in lifelike not making me drive to the other store or wait in line to reorder my drink. We need more people writing positive reviewswhen little things make their day, and this most definitely made mine. Starbucks has a way of finding the best people to work in their stores. I have been to this store a million times, never a bad... interaction. Today when I drove thru a little after 4am after working for 9 hours doordashing, Lorraine took my order and met meat the window. She not only made sure my drink was perfect, and that I didn?t pay more ordering it a different way, but shestopped and made a genuine connection when she could have just ?done her job?. When she took my order, she made sure I didn?tfeel bad making a ridiculously complicated drink. They had probably just got into the store after opening and I was one of theirfirst customers, so their oven was not quite warm enough for my breakfast. But I wasn?t in a hurry and she made the coupleminutes I waited very nice. It means a lot to some of us to have a good interaction with someone. And we can all agree, when weare stopping for coffee we are doing it to either treat ourselves, or help us get through our day. So the icing on the cake isleaving feeling chipper after that good exchange. And if Lorraine or anyone who knows her reads this: The reason you are alwayson drivethru/POS, is because you are probably the best at customer service at your store! Give her a raise!!! Read more
I like this Starbucks. They have outside seating and drive-thru as well. The shop is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere... is very friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy my lattes at this location and have a great experience. The staff is alwaysfriendly and courteous. They always welcome you with a smile ????. Never had any issues at this location. This is my most frequented Starbucks in town because it is closest to my work and my manager lets me do coffee runs whenever one... of us is feeling like a boost. All of the staff are great, but I have come to know and appreciate Lorraine the best. I don'tthink I have ever seen her without a genuine smile. I love getting to chat with her! Read more

A standard Starbucks with a drive through. The drive through line was huge, but since I ordered ahead using the Starbucks app, I... just popped inside to pick up my coffee and was out the door in less than 2 minutes. You just walked around the lake ???? next door Cornerstone Park and now you are ready for a latte. Or you live in one of the... high-end apartments ????that surround the store and want to meet with friends. Or you just finished a yoga class ???? nearby.(That would be me.) This is the eclectic mix of folks that frequent this Henderson shop. ? It's one of the newest in the city sothe design and furnishings are very au courant. Check out the lights ???? in the bathrooms and over the long tables. They wouldlook great in my house! Each Starbucks store has its own art. ????? Here, the best art is in the hallway to the bathrooms. Goeven if you don't have to go! There are long tables for mixing and matching with people (when the pandemic is over) and somecorner tables for intimate tete-a-tetes. This store has a large outdoor patio. The problem is sits on Stephanie, a six-lane road???? close to the entrance to the 215. But at night the street is pretty quiet and you can look up and see the stars. ???? Theline inside moves pretty quickly. The baristas are especially cheerful. But the drive through always has a long queue. They workhard for the money (thanks Donna Summer) but it still takes time. There is plenty of parking even when the place is packed.???? After a tough night of downward facing dog, this is the place I head for that decaf latte to finish off the chill. Read more
Wasn?t too thrilled that they had a barista standing the entry way of the drive thru taking orders, especially because it was... not busy at all, and she?s literally chatting it up for 5 minutes with each of the cars in front of me. I got their at 7:30, ididn?t leave until 7:45 and literally there were only two cars that were in front of me. I cannot stand when people don?t haveconsideration. We are all using the drive thru for a reason, we have to be somewhere. I left my house that?s across town superearly so i can make it to work early, but my biggest mistake was stopping at this Starbucks for a quick coffee. I ordered onecoffee and it took 15 minutes to get it. That?s unreasonable for anyone. If you want to be so chatty, they should put youinside. Not on the curb where rushed people are getting upset and now leaving bad reviews due to it. Read more
