Good fast casual. Americanized teriyaki. Medium sized portions.
We usually love their food but for some reason our chicken was served totally burned today. I can't tell you how many times... cooks have served burned to a crisp over cooked foods in many restaurants we've been to. They don't want to waste food but Idon't want to waste my money. Burned meats are a carcinogen and most people can't digest them well. Fortunately, the Tofu,veggies and noodles were cooked just right. They did replace our chicken when brought to their attention and the cashier wasvery nice. This is the third visit I've tried to get Sierra Mist from tap and they've been out of syrup. They said they changedit but it was still out. Many restaurants don't sell it anymore. It's made with cane sugar and probably more expensive. I'dstill go back but ask them to not burn the meat. I love teriyaki madness, especially their brown rice. This is one of the must go-to place especially if you love teriyaki! Their... staff was very friendly and attentive. The place is also very clean! We also had a very fast service. Other than that, the foodwas amazing and delicious! I ordered Chicken Katsu while my husband ordered Teriyaki Chicken. I?ve ordered 3 times in the last month and they got my order correct once. I always order the mad spicy orange chicken power... bowl. The first time they just gave me grilled chicken and veggies, the second time they got it right and the third time theygave me teriyaki chicken and veggies. It doesn?t even matter though, because it was SO burnt you couldn?t even tell it waschicken. It was more char than chicken.
