I have been coming to teriyaki madness for years. I stopped there today because I didn't feel like cooking. I ordered 2 teriyaki... chicken breast bowls with fried rice and vegetables. I came early because I figured everything would be fresh. I was wrong. Thechicken was extremely dry and tasted like it was from days before. I was shocked because I have been to numerous locationsthroughout Las Vegas and this location I expected to be one of the best. I paid $32.00 for 2 regular sized bowls and even gave atip. Whoever is managing this location please make sure the chicken is fresh or not over cooked. This was my first meal of theday and now I lost my appetite. Also, the rice was mushy. For $15.00 I expect more fresh. You will see the mushy rice in thepicture I've added. Fried rice is NOT supposed to taste like this. I am not happy at all. Upon reading the reviews I don't seeone manager or owner reaching out to unhappy customers offering a solution. Teriyaki Madness you have lost a 12 year customer. Iwon't be returning. Read more
I really like the food here, it's your typical teriyaki chicken bowl. Never had a bad meal. It's clean, fast, and portions are... pretty decent, and the food can be healthy if you choose that option. I took off two stars because the employees can be hit ormiss and it's a bit disappointing at times. I had a b-day coupon for a bowl this year, but they couldn't get their system towork and did not honor the coupon. I like building reputations at restaurants to keep me coming back, but this location can behit or miss. Read more
Terrible?rice not wash and over cook, very starchy, chicken katsu very dry and fry in old oil, spicy chicken shredded not diced,... noodles very dry. Quality dropped from last time. Read more
We told them it was are first time experience there restaurant... sadly reviews are 50/50 are experience was bad. Cold food over... cooked rice. I?ve eaten here for over a year and recently we ordered the spicy chicken and it was mixed with real chicken and the fake... chicken or beyond meat, something that looked like chicken but didn?t grill the same. It was perfectly shaped squares thatpeeled off in layers. I called to speak with mgr, no response. They?re stretching the meat with other products unaware to theircustomers. Decided to try it again after the complaint and the chicken portion was definitely cut in half and the veggies ????were not cooked. Also it was like five guys in the back playing loudly like they were in a park the entire time. It?s obviouswhat?s going on here and the staff complaining about the working conditions to customers. Love this place. The bowls are just the right size! The food is delicious. The staff was very nice. They make the bowls as you... order them so there is a small wait. You can call ahead. If you like teriyaki, get extra. It is great and not quite enough. Read more
Stuff missing from order, when called, they blamed door dash (even though I ordered online) said the delivery person should make... sure the order is right, if they just looked at the receipt. It was missing stuff in the bag, not just a drink, are theysupposed to dig through the food containers? The driver said sorry, they didn't give her a drink. This happens regularly.Regularly. I like the food, but it's a waste of money for them to not give you what you pay for and offer no refund for whatthey charge for but don't provide. Read more
