I tried so hard to enjoy this place. One in Five times, their coffee is decent.This place is awful. They false advertise their... smoothies as made with real fruit and the employees let the customers know that it is just a flared fruit paste. In additionthere is no consistency in there drinks and pricing varies hour to hour. There is a couple employees who are wonderful, but forthe most part, they all act like working there is horrible. This place is a train wreck. When it first opened it had some great employees and then the employees began to complain to the... customers about the awful work environment and many of them left. This started a complete world wind of different employeesevery week. It?s overpriced and completely a fraud. The prices change daily and the new employees that continue to flow throughare not trained properly (not there fault). There sign says real fruit smoothies but it?s a horrible flavored jelly likesubstance. There is no point in speaking to the owner because she just makes excuses. On top of that, the very last time I wentto this place, there was a hair in my drink. I literally took the lid off because it looked like a hair was up the side of mycup?. And in fact it was a hair. This place is the worst. I?ve been several times because it?s so close to my work and I want to like it, but it?s just terrible.... Every time I go, my drink tastes different. Too watered down, too sweet, sometimes perfect. I just hate the inconsistency. Theyalways seem to be out of food choices too. I?d rather drive out of my way a little bit for a more consistent drink. My spouse had the salted Carmel iced latte and honestly it tasted like a tablespoon worth of salt was at the bottom- lacking... balance flavors. I had a hot maple latte and thought it was on point. Why I gave it 4 out of 5. I went to the window and by thetime I was served over 9 cars had gone through the drive through. Maybe I came on a bad day. Normally it?s much better servicehere. Read more
My 1st time going to this place as well I got a 32 oz Java chip it was amazing well with the shot of expresso and since it was... my 1st time the lady was nice enough to also throw in 2 free cookies B cookies and those cookies are the best chocolate chipcookie /cookies and cream cookies the best thing I've ever put in my face lol It didn't even leave any crumbs which is amazingand weird at the same time but it's perfect whoever made these cookies I will be coming back for sure!!! This location sucks! So many new people are constantly being hired and they don?t listen a few days ago I ordered a snowy mocha... and it was terrible it was not sweet like it always is?let alone the color was off I don?t know who made my drink but that wasthe last straw for me I?ve spent so much money here including purchasing $50 gift cards on multiple occasions and I?m donekeeping this establishment in business and the owner is very skimpy on the whip cream it looks like cat turds?the prices havewent up and I?m paying for something that?s not even right I?m going back to Starbucks!!! This location offers easy access drive-up or park and walk-up. The staff is always friendly and nice. A lot of options for... drinks and snacks to munch on. I go here a lot and it?s really good. This morning I ordered a bagel with two cream cheese. I know I have to pay extra and... that?s fine. Order two twice at drive thru. She gives me one. I pay for a second after being looked at like I?m a loser andcan?t afford the second. No knife provided and I can?t eat the bagel because it?s as hard as a rock. What happened today? Theymicrowaved a bagel that was toasted prior to. Why?? It?s a bagel. Ripped off. Not happy. I try to support local businesses butat the end of day, Starbucks can afford fresh bagels and that?s what I paid for. I wasn?t offered the option of a fresh vs leftover microwaved version.
