Went to your location on 10/12/22 around 8:25pm. Went through the drive through to order 2 smoothies. After a few minutes of... waiting, finally a young lady talked over the speaker and informed my that they were on a shift change and are not takingorders. I asked how long the shift change would be? Ordered online for pick up. Went up to the door, was locked so I went to drive thru. At the window no one came for a couple... minutes so I knocked on the window. The person working walked by 3 times and made eye contact with me once?they never opened thewindow or talked to me. So I guess I got scammed and never got my smoothie smh. Read more

Horrible service, employees were rude, I was asking about smoothies and the ingredients and they wouldn't answer me. Hit the no... tip button upon check out and they still charged a 10% tip. "smoothie" was watered down as well. Would leave 0 stars if I could.Never go back again. What an amazing place this is! Very friendly staff they get it right the first time and they do it with a smile. Angelina,... Talia, Jordan, Braiden are amazing employees. Other places I have gone, forget about it! It's a smoothie, not anIcee...OR it's tastes completely different!
