Was at the Wendy's on Green Vly last night at 9:10pm and I ordered a Dave's Single with no pickle. The burger did not have... ettuce, Mayo, kectup, or mustard. I went back through the line and the guy told me they are out of lettuce. I told him he shouldhave told me that and I could have went to another Wendy's. The absolute WORST service I have ever had at Wendy?s. I was literally in there for 15 minutes as employees walked back and... forth and ignored me. The line was 8 ppl long after I placed my order then 7 left because they hadn?t been served. There wasalso no working receipt machine at the front register. I live 2 minutes away from this store and from now on I will go somewhereelse. I kept giving this location chances and they kept messing up. I?m finally done. This is the exact opposite of fast food. The service here is slow, not to mention they say their drive thru is open at 6:30 but if they don't feel like serving you they... aren't open that early. I recently went through the drive thru at 6:45am, 15 minutes after opening, and a lady there yelled atme stating she won't serve me a cup of coffee because it's just her. I understand you're stressed but yelling at customers isn'tthe way to handle it. Also, if I'm correct it doesn't take a full staff to pour a cup of coffee. Went a little bit after 10:30 and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait which is fine, I waited for a little and then she... said it again. After about 5 minutes another lady yelled thru the drive thru speaker that they were closed several times. ????Wendys always got something going on. Read more
The worst Wendy's in Vegas. Dinning is never open. Spent 40 minutes sitting in a line of 3 people on my lunch break. Never got... to eat. Idk who the manager or GM is but this is terrible. Go to Mc Donald's at least you'll be able to eat on your lunch. Read more
They have trouble listening to their customers. I have to explain how I want my order made at 3 times. They never make my... sandwich fresh and the fries are always dried out and taste like they've been sitting for awhile. Wendy's is real food at goodprices but they need to work on who they hire to ensure better quality for their loyal customers. Read more
