In and out through the Drive thru, food was great as usual no wait at all ????...
The slowest chik fil a I?ve ever been to. Got out of the drive through line because it was moving extremely slow with multiple... cars. Came inside to a long line with one person at the register and making the drinks. Several other people in line had alsogotten out of the drive through to stand in line. I have never seen service this slow inside and out at any other location.Plenty of in side staff they are just moving slow. Finally got my order and of course they forgot my fries!!!! Everyone knows this is the house of God's chicken and what to experience here. On this trip I decided to finally try the grilled... chicken sandwich and let me tell you I was very impressed. When visiting I usually have great service. Tonight Monday, I am appalled at the service we have received by the employees at... the drive thru window. Their customer service was subpar and not Chic Fil-A standards!!!!! ?????????? I hope the owners will dosomething and train their employees firstly on communication, and how to address an issue properly? ?????????? we placed anorder for noodle soup, you can look back at the cameras around 7:30-7:50.. They waited to tell us there isn?t any when arrivingupon the window after waiting for over 10-15 minutes. That can be very infuriating as a customer, when mentioned do you want arefund and not make up for any of our lost time we asked to give us a replacement of sandwiches which we had to pay extra, andthey still did not get the order correct! And the person hadn?t included fries as I asked due to waiting, even after beingapproved of it. If they made effort and resolved it, that would not be an issue. They did not meet customer excellence in TERMSOF SERVICE or QUALITY TONIGHT. CHIC FILA IN HENDERSON please re train your STAFF to provide quality service to customers. Read more
Needs better organization in the drive thru line. No good morning or good afternoon when you pull up. Since there are two lines,... cars should be told based on orders who they should go behind. They don?t take your name for your order, they don?t repeat yourorder. How can I order 2 meals & they forget to put the potatoes in the bag? When I think of NC I think of the south &southerns are known for their hospitality. The chick-fil-A?s in the north have more hospitality!!!! Read more

I was most disappointed yesterday evening after water therapy workout. Had been waiting to try the chic fil a grilled club... sandwich. Ordered it, pulled off, opened my sandwich, only to find that it was barely warm and it had regular cheese on it. Mysandwich should have been hot since I ordered it without tomatoes and lettuce. It wasn't even a long line at the drive thrueither. First time I've had to write a less than favorable review for my favorite chicken spot. The fries and drink were good. Some fast food places are better than others and some specific restaurants are better than the rest. Chick-fil-A is... consistently the best fast food chain that I have ever been to. Lately, it seems that every specific Chick-fil-A restaurantthat we go to is better than the last and that is saying something. The food is consistently very good but the service is whatsets Chick-fil-A apart from all the others. Keep up the great work. Read more
