We have been to many Denny's over the years but this particular one has to be my favorite. The staff and food always seem, at... least, a bit better than expected. Our recent visit was no different. We walked in a few minutes after a bus full of hungryteenagers and though we had to wait a bit to place our order, everything else was fantastic. A new destination whenever we arein the area. I visited on 9/17/22 & 9/18. Best Denny?s ever! I didn?t know Dennys could be this good. We?re from Tx and Denny?s can be dirty... and mediocre in TX. We were in town for a conference. Went there last night Friday September 10, 2022 with a group of 15 people ranging in age from 4 to 72. We were warmly greeted... and welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Everyone in our party found something they liked on the menu which was a great startbut it got way better. Our service was phenomenal, like what you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. Our food came outvery fast and it was all served hot and delicious. It is extremely hard to find a great dining out experience these days butespecially for a large party. Truly a favorite of mine and a community favorite-easily accessible off I-85 Henderson NC. I enjoy a good old fashioned southern... favorite breakfast anytime day or night.Crispy bacon,soft scrambled cheesy eggs, hash browns, pancakes is my favorite meal. Theservice is usually good- despite a skeleton staff at times. Even though a chain, this eatery has a more Mom & Pop feel. They had 50's and 60's music playing when I went and it gave it an old diner feel. Our waitress was wonderful she was very... polite and kept checking in on our table to make sure we never ran out of drinks or food. The only reason i'm giving 4 and not 5stars is the food was a little bland. Read more
