The food is okay but when u r using a coupon for (ex.subway melt) need 2 be trained little more on how 2 use that certain... coupon, it sometimes won?t go through the system. Other coupons that I use went through w/ no problem. Be aware about subwaymelt coupon that you?re using. Also, service wasn?t the best at all, just needs more people inside who want 2 work. Overpriced(Esp.Subway Series) U Can Only use a coupon on certain sandwiches that are listed. #unfair!!! Read more

The food was passable subway, no more no less. However, I was appalled to learn that the staff is not tipped when there is a... clear interface option guiding you to tip on the POS system. I will not be eating at this location, Norlina rd, nor theirfranchise in Oxford. Times are tough and the slimey managers are predating on customers good will towards workers who deserveit. Also said group of managers need a hair-net for their forearms, gross. Read more

Went today and didn?t get what I asked for and was being rushed I wanted to chop salad with chicken and bacon the guy didn?t... care what I had to say he wanted to fix my salad the way he wanted it. He didn?t want to chop it. And didn?t even have crackersfor the salad. Read more

The manager of this Subway is very polite and professional. Every time I have dealt with him, he seems to be the type of person... that cares about what his customers think. He keeps his restaurant very clean and keeps plenty of help on staff. The food isalways fresh and tasteful. Read more

the order was ready in a timely matter but it tasted awful. i paid for extras and didn?t get them and added some instructions... and clearly they were ignored. not sure why i?m offered modifications and then the staff doesn?t pay attention. it?s superannoying when my salad is soggy and basically inedible by the time we get home bc there?s tons of salad dressing on it when iasked for it on the side and it?s been sitting on the salad for 25 mins. ugh waste of time and money Read more

This Subway location is the closest to our home but it's the only Subway that my family has ever has issues at. Unfortunately,... it's not a one time misfortune it has been a issue every visit for years now. Last week me and my wife ordered two subs where Ipurchased a chicken, bacon, and ranch while she ordered a steak and cheese that had southwest chipotle sauce. When we bit intothe subs the sauces were reversed and she got a mouthful of ranch which she is allergic to. Luckily she is ok. We took thesubs back and they eventually understood their mixup and they made us fresh replacements. Since everyone makes mistakes wecreated a curbside pickup order today for lunch. The order was supposed to be ready at 12:40 but at 12:55 (15 min after wechecked in) we decided to go inside to see what the holdup was. Long story short the order had not been started yet and it tookanother 10 min to get our order. This is unacceptable. Thank goodness for other subways in the area. Read more

I like fast food quickly, but not thrown together. It has to have love in order for it to taste it's best. Unfortunately, thats... what was missing. Ingredients just thrown on instead of placed. But served it's purpose I guess. Read more

I witnessed something extremely appealing while visiting the restaurant yesterday. An employee rolled a wrap incorrectly, so she... passed it off to her Latina coworker to do. Then she said "She's Mexican, she knows how to roll those things" and it instantlymade everyone uncomfortable. Her Latina coworker looked sad. This is actually my favorite Subway to visit in town. The food wasgood and the place was clean, but her inappropriate comment is what prompted me to give this place 1 star. To theemployee--have some discernment!
