Inconsistent hours...Drove 50 miles to eat here and they were closed. Google and Facebook show they're open, but they weren't.... If you're not going to be open, post it on your Facebook page. Bell?s is a nice little old timey diner style restaurant that used to be widely renowned for their burgers. I have not had many... smash burgers like this before, but it was tasty though not much to write home about. I would say better than a fast foodburger, but not as good as a homemade or gourmet style burger. As far as service goes, you walk-in, seat yourself, and thewaitress comes over to take your order. My waitress was very nice and kept my party?s drinks full and our food came out fast inthe middle of the lunch rush. My only gripe would be that the bench seats are very old, which though part of the charm of theold diner aesthetic, means they are very worn out and not very comfortable to sit on. Read more
I had heard a lot about this restaurant, even read reviews in Tennessee magazine. Yesterday was my first time to visit Bell's... drive in and I will definitely be going back!!! The food was great, the dessert (hot fudge cake) was amazing. I wish I couldgive more than five stars. Read more
Very friendly local establishment. Stopped on the way through from Minnesota and were very pleased. The hamburgers are fresh... and thick. The BBQ platter included slaw, fries and beans. The sweet BBQ sauce was amazing. Onion rings were nothing to shoutabout but ok. Great prices and service. Read more
