Food was good..service was terrible!..not enough workers to get our food in a reasonable amount of time...waited a long time... then they discovered that they had "lost" our food and had to start over!..we eat there frequently and this was by far the worstvisit...very dissapointed! Read more
My whole order was messed up. I asked for a coke but got Dr. Pepper, my fries were cold n nasty like they've sitting there for... hrs, my burger well my bun was hard as heck n it was cold too. It was a waste of money that honestly!!! Won't be returning Read more
Fries were so salty that I have high blood pressure now. Diet coke was out of carbonation and it was terrible. Burger was... alright and that's the only I gave 2 stars. Read more
We ordered two of the $5 meals and everything was either cold or half way cold, in other words, the fries and nuggets were cold... and the burgers were somewhat cold!! And we really like Wendy's food, but that was very discouraging and makes us leary aboutgoing back to the one in Henderson TN!! Read more
Stopped by this Wendy?s after work with a friend around 5:30 for a quick bite to eat. Dining room was clean and not too busy... despite being near the peak time for dinner. My meal was out in 5-10 minutes and was of exceptional quality. They forgot to giveme the dressing for my salad but quickly resolved this issue without question. Personally I was not a big fan of the summerstrawberry salad, but it was exactly as described, be it a little pricey. However I enjoyed the chili and was blown away by thestrawberry frosty. I wasn't very pleased with my salad. First they forgot my blu cheese and had to bring the salad back up. Than one of the ... apples still had the stem in it and nothing was bite sized. My chicken was in chunks along with the lettuce and apples. Veryhard to eat when everything is huge. When I brought these issues to the managers attention I was told that everything wasprepackaged. I told her then there is no point to coming back. She said you don't need to come back! My husband asked a few morequestions and her story changed to that they prepare the lettuce in the morning, but 2 seconds ago it was prepackaged. Needlessto say she wasn't friendly and didn't care about the substandard food they are serving for $8 for a salad that should be fresh.My husband's patty was cut in half on his burger which is very strange. If I'm going to pay for over priced pre packaged food,the staff should at least be nice. Read more
First time I?ve stopped here. I got my single and there?s no lettuce. I take it to front and the mgr is there (on her phone) and... didn?t acknowledge me for about 3 minutes. I asked are you out of lettuce? She says Yes. First off, how are you out of lettuceat 1pm? I told her that would?ve been nice to know when I ordered. Cause I definitely would?ve ordered something else. Had toask for catsup, because both catsup dispensers were empty. No hand soap in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a 3/5. Attitudes were4/5. Not the worst, but I?m a person who expects what I order to be what I order as it?s supposed to be presented. If I wantedsomething missing?.I?d order it that way, and if you have something missing-then tell the customer before they order. Smdh! Read more
