Food was really good, we got there about an hour before closing, and the servers were prompt on everything. Refilled our drinks... well, even though they was busy cleaning til we left. Tried the new deep fried brisket, it was very good! Also did the chickenfried chicken which was good too. The sweet potato fries had like cinnamon or something on them, they were addictingly good! Iknow it's corporate wide, but we didn't agree with the additional 5% covid surcharge added to the bill, I feel this hurts theservers in the long run because some people automatically assume that's gratuity added. I feel like our bill for 2 people with 2meals & waters being $32 was more than we normally pay at cotton patch, there's no need for a surcharge if the menu pricesreflect an increase. We used to pay like $10 for most meals here. Read more

We waited more than 10 minutes to be seated when there was no line. They were only half full with 7/8 servers standing together.... When we were seated there were no napkins, we ordered our food and after 25 min had to ask for rolls after 60 min we had to askfor our dine in meal to be made to go! Had to flag down servers for refills. There was no customer service at all! Like I saidthey had plenty of workers and only have the tables were occupied! Not a worker shortage issue! Read more

Let me begin by saying that Alisha provided excellent service to our table; I'm talking about the Henderson, Texas location. The... problems were with the food. Rolls with black crunchy stuff on the bottom... my wife thought it was glass. Mixed veggies werewarm but so hard a fork would not penetrate the carrot chunk. Mac and cheese wash gummy and hard (left over from lunch?). Therice pilaf was also hard and crunchy (again, leftover?). Not at all impressed with the food quality. Likely will not returneven though I live in the area. Read more

Never again! The onion rings were barely coated and cooked. The caesar salad was a joke. A handful of greens with some shaved... parm cheese. They never get an order correct. Read more

$16 is already a lot for steamed veggies and salmon but it?s even worse when they don?t give you the veggies. 3 stars because... the salmon was tasty Read more

This was a great dining experience! My BLT had the perfect ratio of bacon to lettuce and tomato. The bread was soft but not... flimsy. It didn't get soggy from the fresh vegetables and mayo as I dined. I truly appreciated that! I substituted onion ringsfor fries and was pleasantly surprised. As you can see in the photo, they're huge! And they aren't the standard onion ringsyou get in your average restaurant--these have a very nice seasoned batter and have a terrific crunch. No need for any dippingsauce with these! Read more
