Special ordered a pizza that took 45 mins to make. Ordered other stuff. We were already in Henderson, so we had to wait most of... that in parking lot. Got E-mail it was ready, ran in, half of order missing and pizza was wrong. Asked why and they just handedme what was missing. I paid almost 18 for this special made pizza and had to wait 45 minutes for, just to be done wrong. Got arefund because I don't have 45 more minutes to wait for another one. Very disappointed. I give this place 1 star only because the APP works to order. Other than that, they never answer the phone even when my food is... over a hour late, they expect me to just deal with it. Can't wait for a Dominoes to open. Very disappointed in Little Caesars.What makes it worse is, I got no food and they took my money. I ended up having to call 7 times then the kids was extremelyrude, I told him it's a hour late and asked what they were going to do about that. Pizza was burnt. I've been in the restaurant twice in July. My last visit was July 11 2021 at 7pm. The 2 girl employees were... clowning really bad. Both times I didn't receive a receipt after paying. I got a strong hunch they are scamming customers andpocketing the money. Corporate should look into the matter. Read more
I was SOOOOO disappointed in this place. The first time I went they were great but it was different people. I think the people... tonight don't take there job seriously. If you don't like your job then go somewhere else. I sat there while 20 other peoplecame in and got there pizza while other food in the truck was getting cold. I was there for 30 minutes when they said it wouldbe 10 minutes. If you can't take pride in what you do for a living then move on to another job. Read more
