I either can?t get someone to answer the phone, they get my order wrong, or most recently, I was told they don?t accept visa. I... bought food from their two days ago and when I said it worked then, I was told only ?it?s for today?. I love Pizza Hut, no matter where I am, I haven't been to a bad one yet. Unfortunately, for this particular PH, I only ever... order pick up. They don't deliver to my address, sad, and I have sat inside to eat yet. For pick up though, it's a 5 star forsure. Orders are always done, still hot, customer service is on point, nice, and I always get good vibes there. Friendly fast service. Clean environment. Pizza was hot when very fresh.The crust was not overly cooked .
Hit or miss. They can't have buffet a lot of the time for lack of staff. Can't even get a drink to go. Waitresses tell you... management won't get to go cups. The pizzas are made well and salad bar is stocked WHEN they are able to have it. Read more
Worst pizza hut in the history of ever! There is still an hour left in the buffet and this is it.. waited 8 minutes to even get... our drinks. There was no plates so had to reuse ours. I have never given a bad review but after more than one time of horrible food i really couldnt let it slide. So about a month... ago we ordered 2 pizzas and neither had sauce and one had a topping missing. Well we got ahold of someone at the store about it,after an hour of trying, and they gave us a credit. OK so I didn't hold that against them. We went and got some more tonight andthis time it had sauce but literally so little that if you didn't see it by the crust you wouldn't have known that. It was likeeating cheese bread and the grease was so much that it dripped of the pizza. I honestly don't know what's going on with thembecause it use to be one of the best places in town to eat.
