The only complaint is the soda machine choices are restricted. Staff is normally pretty friendly
Waited 40 minutes for my pickup order. Got there and neither of the two sandwiches were made. Dude went AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE and... the sandwiches were missing ingredients. Don't waste your time. Go eat at the pet store next door instead. Read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. There were 3 employees total that we saw. 2 employees sitting at a bench talking while a third... lady ( the ONLY person behind the counter) was taking hot bread out of the oven and she almost burned herself with it. Neitheremployee sitting seemed to care. The lady taking our order was very short with us and acted as if we were bothering her. MyHusband and I got flatbread sandwiches but we didn't get flatbread; we got tortilla sandwiches. Very skimpy on ALL ingredientsyet it costs more PLUS we were MADE to give a gratuity percentage. My husband tried to hit skip 3 or 4 times and it wouldn't doanything until he hit the lowest gratuity payment. Needless to say we will NEVER EVER step foot or order from another SubwayEVER!
