The only complaint is the soda machine choices are restricted. Staff is normally pretty friendly
Waited 40 minutes for my pickup order. Got there and neither of the two sandwiches were made. Dude went AS SLOW AS POSSIBLE and... the sandwiches were missing ingredients. Don't waste your time. Go eat at the pet store next door instead. Read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. There were 3 employees total that we saw. 2 employees sitting at a bench talking while a third... lady ( the ONLY person behind the counter) was taking hot bread out of the oven and she almost burned herself with it. Neitheremployee sitting seemed to care. The lady taking our order was very short with us and acted as if we were bothering her. MyHusband and I got flatbread sandwiches but we didn't get flatbread; we got tortilla sandwiches. Very skimpy on ALL ingredientsyet it costs more PLUS we were MADE to give a gratuity percentage. My husband tried to hit skip 3 or 4 times and it wouldn't doanything until he hit the lowest gratuity payment. Needless to say we will NEVER EVER step foot or order from another SubwayEVER! You do NOT demand a tip from people especially after being so skimpy and disrespectful! Read more
I realized how my last review could've hurt this business and i wouldn't want to do that because of a employees not acting... professional and sanitary . Also remember this is someone business and even though her employee acted this way its not herfault. She took care of the situation. No I didn't ask for my money back nor ask for free food. I've worked retail for 27 years. When I go somewhere I look for cleanliness. This location definitely needs to be cleaned up.... Windows over food was dirty both sides. Neither employee wiped down the counter where they make the sandwiches. There was trashon the floor. After they helped me ( for some reason I still got my food). Both employees went and sat at tables and got ontheir phones. Not bothering to do any cleaning or anything. Will be the last time I visit this location. Read more
My experience here was awesome. Both of the employees were courteous and professional. The food was great, to which I had to... fight the urge to buy another one. One footlong is plenty. I will be returning again. I have no complaints, but rather a thoughton the soda fountain. Seems to me that modern technology is a wonderful thing, but when it comes to dispensing soda, we reallydon't need a touchscreen. The old way, to me, is preferable. I recommend this Subway to everyone. Read more
