Stopped at 3pm to order a whopper with extra pickles and a coke. There were two cars in front of me?. At 3:24 I got my food and... it was wrong. This is the only time in the last 3 months I stayed in line to actually get my food. It?s a daily issue. Thedining room hasn?t been open in a year?. It needs to go. This location is incapable of getting orders correct, so be sure to diligently check everything before you pull away. Once you... pull forward, you can't enter the dining area so you have to wait in line, again. My kids literally cheer when their ordersaren't messed up, because it is so unusual for them to get what we ask for. This stuff happens, but today they really went outof their way to make sure I never return again. I had to wait in line today twice because no mayonnaise isn't a possibility. They have to slather it on until the wrapper is soaking wet with it, especially when you ask them not to. Both times I tried toavoid mayo they entered it into the computer properly, my receipt was accurate, even the wrapper said no mayonnaise, but theysoaked it mayonnaise anyway, both times. Even after I went back, complained about the mayo, explained the egg allergy healthissues, they handed me another sandwich, no mayo written on it, soaked in mayo. The employee that labels it no mayonnaise onthe wrapper is the same one slathering it on. I really feel like its intentional and malicious, especially after they did thesame thing twice. Burger King has always been our 'Comfort Food" place. In my opinion, their fries are the best. Fast and always friendly.
They tend to be short staffed, which can lead to longer than typical wait times. But if you have the patience, it's worth it.... I've been here several dozen times in the last 6 months, mostly for breakfast, but a couple lunch/dinners, and every time havereceived some of the most consistent and well prepared fast food I've ever seen. Burgers and croissants aren't sloppy messes,and are made correctly. Order takers always polite, even when busy and stressed. As a chef for over 20 years, it's rare I saythat a fast food place is "worth it". This BK location is one of the few. Excellent team and management. Read more
