The good- they were open late, for fast food it's pretty good. Not the fastest but a lot better than McDonald's. The bad- they... were slow and the service was mediocre. The ugly- it's fast food. Overall- I gave them a 4 star based on the fact they are fastfood. So, it is a 4 star fast food rating not a 4 star restaurant rating. Burger tasted fresh from the grill and the chicken wrap was just enough to fill me up. The delicious chocolate milkshake helped,... too. There was a wait time in the drive thru but that to be expected. It wasn't anything crazy, just the usual drive thru wait.The staff was friendly and helpful. Read more

My husband and I went by to get milkshakes and cheddar bits, it was fast, hot, efficient and accurate. The only thing I would... say is if you order food that comes with dipping sauce, make sure to request it. Im not sure if it was a mistake on our part fornot requesting it or a mistake on the cashier for not putting in it. As a member of the unofficial Cook Out milkshake club, please train your milkshake apprentices the different candy bars and how... to stir the shakes thoroughly so you'll get repeat customers. We ordered three Hershey chocolate Heath toffee malts and apeanut butter fudge malt. They were not well mixed. The chocolate was at the bottom on top the malted powder. I understand supply shortages I really do but when you Jack your price up and then give a pathetic amount of food it?s no... excuse. I?ve noticed the portion sizes getting smaller and smaller recently but this was ridiculous. 6 cheese curds and a sadamount of fries. The chicken in my sandwich was so flat it was pretty much just breading. We were still very hungry aftereating, waste of money and time. This is how this location serves their "big double". There wasn't enough burger to taste over the bread. It went great with all... 7 fries they gave me a and the inside out cheese bites. Went through the drive through with only one car in front of us, and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. No one was making... milkshakes, so when we finally got them, two of the three were wrong. Some toppings on the burgers were incorrect, and it seemedsome of the sides were "short" (didn't get enough). This was the second time I've stopped at this CookOut...
