I went in and ordered a large iced coffee with sugar free vanilla, splenda and cream. I left with my drink, got back to work,... took a sip and it was sickeningly sweet. It 100% absolutely had sugar in it, and not just a little sugar. It had A LOT of sugar.Having not had any sugar in three years, this was easy for me to tell. So, I figure no big deal. I went back, had them fix mydrink. I got another sickeningly sweet drink in its place. If you are diabetic, do not trust this location. I don't even want tothink about what may have happened if my sense of taste were impaired and I consumed more than just a small sip of this sugarbomb. I dumped the second drink out in the parking lot. $3.94 is a small price to pay to know to never go back to this Dunkin.If you like sugar and you're not at risk for things like coma or stroke if you have too much sugar, by all means, enjoy thislocation. However, if you're living that sugar free life...don't trust this Dunkin. Read more
Jelly and cream filled Donuts were excellent. Frosted donuts with sprinkles we're definitely a day old. That does not happen at... other Duncan in town I have seen them dump at the end of the day. Read more
???? I?ve been coming here for months.The employees are fast and nice but they CANNOT make any of the different coffee correctly... if YOUR life depended on it! All there coffee is god awful! Please try the other Dunkin on upwards Rd, they are awesome ???? Read more

Quick service, friendly staff, and delicious hash browns. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was my iced hazelnut latte, it... just didn't taste quite right but I went through the drive-thru and didn't want to turn around and go back. I'm sure theywould've made it right if I'd asked. So, I'll still be back to give it another shot. Read more
I ordered a couple drinks for curbside pickup and asked if they could leave them on the hood of my car due to me being sick.... They didn?t bat an eye and were very accommodating to my request. Awesome staff and great drinks! Read more
Giving 2 stars because the staff is always nice and polite here. I work in fast food so I know all the struggles but quality of... food from this location is horrible. My drink is always good , but never food. Hash browns have obviously sat for hrs and I gota doughnut today that had paper stuck to it still where someone ripped the rest of it off. This is clearly a food safety issue.Food that has sat past it?s holding time does not temp correctly , therefore is a health violation. Please keep this all in mindwhen you visit this location. I stop today to get a drink i get there all the time, large Matcha late light ice. Well when I was at the window they give me a... small drink.... When I told them I had asked for a large drink... They turn around fill-up a large cup with ice and put my smalldrink into the large cut, which at the end had less drink than the small one cause the cup was full of ice.
