The posted hours are 10 pm dine in and 24 hr drive through. We arrive at 9:25 and they were cleaning up and already closed. Fix... your hours on google maps and your store door if you truly close by 9 pm. This was one of our only stops on our 5 hour trip sowe were frustrated. Read more

I haven't had jack in about two years and drove 1 1/2 hours to have it. So worth the drive! Everything was hot and delicious, ... friendly staff and clean restaurant. Let me start with they have been understaffed for a while and have just reopen the dining room. However when placing order the... person is never happy to take it and is annoyed if you order more than a couple items. The past 3 times I've went there'ssomething always missing or just not done right. Still not very happy to see you when you get to the window just not verycustomer oriented however I understand it's busy there's not enough staff ect. Let's not ever go here for a bite to eat. Reference to non edible food and yes to call it food would be a mistake this place... is filthy the floor the windows the countertops tables the entryway the cooking area the only thing that probably was cleaningthis place would be the bottom of your shoe so much food and grease everywhere management and staff need to be changed outimmediately but if the owner is happy with this then we have a barbarian amongst us. Ok these are awesome! Don't have a Jack in the Box where we live so we stopped by here as a treat while passing through diring a... birthday trip for my wife. We ordered 30 tacos. All though they seemed to be short staffed they made 30 of the best tacos ever!I highly recommend this store and wanna thank them for an amazing job! You made my wife's birthday trip extra special! I have many things to say about this distasteful restaurant My poor mother Linda had a very horrible experience. Its giving... kroger brand mcdonald's. My burger tasted like mcdonald's with sweat and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit wasn't cooked fullycooked and forgot the sausage and had replaced it with burnt bacon. Eating here felt like sitting at a one star motel. The frieswe're cold as ice. The lady didn't understand what we were saying like we were speaking polish. It's literally a contest every time to see if the waitress is ruder than last time. Last visit I only got a grunt when... ordering. This time I got "we only have one piece of meat."
