Disappointed they have dine-in showing online, but not allowing dine in at the restaurant. Arrived with my husband and 2... children under 5 @ 1:30 pm, was told we could order but not eat in the restaurant because they close soon. Posted closing signis 3 pm. It?s 2:27pm on a Monday there are 4 humans behind the counter. I sat down to eat they asked me to leave because they said they... close in hour. They hours on the door are 11am to 3:00pm guess 4 hour shift is to much idk I?m sitting in my car eating it?s now2:40 they are just standing theirr now they are taking signs off the door.I know that wiping the table down would have been tomuch now the sign reads closed Labor Day don?t know if owner knows what?s going on. Got a sub to go - it was PERFECT!! We hadn't been to JJ's in a while (read years), and we weren't let down! Bread was fresh and... perfect, meat was excellent, and toppings were done SO WELL!! We will go back again (sooner ????), and will tell everyone elseto go, also. Read more

I came by today and the dining room was closed and it was carry out only which is just stupid. The prices aren?t bad but I feel... you can get an arguably better sub from Publix for the same price. The bread on my sub tasted stale but I could not say anythingabout it because I was unable eat inside. Service was fast though. Read more
Decent subs, but 1st time there & I ordered a veggie sub, add bacon. Extra $3.60 plus tax and not a single bit of bacon!! My son... ordered a BLT add ham. He rang it up as a Cuban and I told him we didn't want anything except lettuce, bacon, ham, mayo, andcheese. Got home and it also has pickles and mushy tomatoes. Gross. Overall good experience at Jimmy John?s. Really good sub and freaky fast service. Was in and out in less than three minutes.... Everything seem very clean and organized. And if their customer service was just a little bit more friendly and they wore maskswhile making my food, they would easily be a five star choice.
