"All day breakfast" doesn't include the only thing southerners eat for breakfast. No biscuits and gravy. Literally only thing I... come to McDonald's for.... oh nevermind. Mobile Pickup at Shelby NC location beside Shelby High School has a horrible mobile pick up wait, terrible customer service and... the attitudes that came out of the employees who were making up excuses as to why I waited 40 mins on a mobile order and itstill not be ready was ridiculous. The manager apologized and said they were very unorganized. Someone needs to show them howyou treat customers and retrain them. I have never had my food slammed down on the counter in front of me before but it wastoday.....and I left eating cold food at that. No one tried to rectify that I had my order and was waiting on another one andthat maybe the first order may be cold now. This took up my whole lunch and was un called for. Read more
I went to McDonald's after many years of NOT going there . the service quality and lack of understanding the menu . but I did go... this evening. I see a screen showing a video of this beautiful Oreo frozen delight that captures my attention. I ask may I addthat to my order . She didn't know what it was ..so after 4 people explained what it was (very nice lady btw) and I'm in nohurry . I received my food order and then a thing that definitely was not that picture lol. .it was a cup of vanilla ice creamwith some Oreo sprinkles on top . I did take. A photo however this doesn't seem to allow here . I could swear the video showedthis Oreo concoction mixed up ..ugh ps tried to eat my sandwich.
