I go here almost every day due to the unlimited drink program. I have issues almost every single time. The food isn't ready when... I am allowed to order it. No one is at the registers and I'm standing there for five minutes with no employees in sight. Themanager has an attitude and is clearly in a position he is not qualified for. I understand staffing issues but when it's anegative experience all the time in various different ways? That's when the "staffing issue" is probably the store needing newleadership. Read more

This restaurant serves very low quality food for the high price you pay. They consistently are out of most food items on their... already minimized menu compared to other Panera bread restaurants, the food is sloppy and not well presented, the floors andtables are dirty upon entering the establishment, and you get very small portions for what you pay. You will wait FOREVER inline even if your one of two cars in line. Will not be going back to this location for a long while. Don?t waste your time ormoney. Read more
If you like your food being consistently wrong then this is the place for you! A couple of months ago we stopped ordering from... this location because our order was never correct. We contacted corporate and was told we would hear back from the owner of thislocation. And to no one?s surprise I never heard another word, so we stopped ordering. This morning we decided to give themanother chance and IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I know that the owner(s) will not reach out in any way because of the previous trackrecord but think before you spend your money at this establishment. Read more
This location is consistently terrible in every category. Several months ago, my wife and I ordered our typical breakfast from... here, the bacon egg and cheese on brioche, with overeasy eggs. However, this location is incapable of cooking food properly, andseveral times prior to this last order the eggs have been overcooked, dry and absolutely grotesque. We reached out to thecorporation, and they told us they would contact the owners of this franchise location. That never happened. So we were out ofour money and our appetite. Today, we decided after the time that has past to try again, and once again we have run into thesame issue. I didn't get my money back last time, so I'll have to take to the credit card company to getting it back. Do not eatat this location under any circumstances. The whole place was dirty. I had to clean off my table and seat to sit down. They had no drinks available and even the fountain... drinks were limited. When I came in there was no staff at the counter and finally had a customer come up and tell us to use thekiosk to order. Had to go ask for my receipt as the lady at the counter that finally showed up told me I?d get it with my foodand when the food came it I didn?t get it. The lady seemed annoyed that I went back up and asked for my receipt again. I ordereda half Caesar salad and half chipotle avocado melt sandwich. The salad was decent, lettuce was a bit old but edible. Thesandwich however wasn?t. The avocado was solid, I couldn?t bite it nor even get my fork into it. Ugh, I never leave bad reviews but this visit is worthy of 1 star! I bought my family $32 dollars worth of sandwiches and I got... myself some soup, the sandwiches had like 2 pieces of meat and some cheese in them and they were very flat and not filled atall, so okay whatever I can overlook that this time but I get to my soup and I've already been enjoying it for about 5 minutes(only good thing that was in the bag) and then I happened to look down at my spoon to see a ginormous hair in it, disgusting! Ilost my appetite completely and my visit was just altogether horrible and not worth the money in the least.????? Read more
I have been to many Panera Breads being a Local Guide, this one was the worse for customer service. Two sandwiches on the order... were wrong, I called in and was hung up on or the call dropped. Either way I did not receive a call back. I called back threetime and finally got someone to answer. I did not receive an apology for the inconvenience of driving over an hour from the twotrips. I wouldn't have driven back if I was just apologized to for the inconvenience. So instead they get to replace a $40 order45 minutes before they close. Management should definitely take more time on the training, I didn't think reading was thatdifficult but I understand that it isn't the cream of the crop working in the kitchen. Even if your order has been "verifiedcorrect"by the manager, take every item out and confirm it is correct. Just like you do with children. The only thing I wasoffered was to take the hour old food home, as I leave hearing the cooking staff laughing in the kitchen. All because their ownprotocols were not followed, reading.... Read more
