This place is awesome! They have so many flavors and even some secret ones that aren?t on the regular menu. The staff is always... so friendly and they make you feel right at home. The owner is nice and friendly and is always taking time to talk to everyone. I?ve been to a lot of different Pelican?s but this one is the best hands down. Read more

Best place around! Affordable, HUGE selection of flavors, I think over 100! Always clean and the staff is super friendly and... nice. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. If you haven't tried it you definitely need to. It's nothinglike you expect. The ice is so soft and fluffy not crunchy like most shaved iced places. Read more

Super disappointed. We always go to the one on sweeten creek and love it there. Since we were already in hendersonville we... stopped by this location instead. We bought 5 and ALL of them only had flavor added to the top half only. The entire bottom halfof ALL of our cups was literally JUST ICE. Its a great deal when they do it right. Kind of a rip off for a cup of flavorless icethough. We wont be going back to this location. **edited to respond to pelicans owner whose response to my post was: "We aresorry you were disappointed but we have a counting system and there?s always flavor added to the bottom half of ALL ourSnoBalls. We are always happy to add syrup if there?s not enough." -Are you implying that I am a liar?? Because we literallybought 5 and they were ALL the same- plain ice on the bottom half without ANY color or flavor!! We were unable to stay, so wegot them and drove away- of course Believing we had gotten what we Paid for. Maybe some staff need retrained. Reading yourresponse, obviously you take no accountability for our bad experience and customer service takes no priority to you-TERRIBLE!!In a small town such as Hendersonville, word-of-mouth is almost essential for success.
