This was my second time to eat at Postero?s, the first time was 7 years ago and prior to my writing reviews. Wow! The dining... experience has only gotten better. Wait- is that possible?! Somehow, yes! Our meal was fabulous. Our drinks were delicious andcreative and our servers were what made everything fluid. We enjoyed a beautiful bottle of Bourgogne and didn?t pass up dessert.You definitely need to make this a stop. Excellent meal, atmosphere, and wait staff. I like a restaurant that does not have salt and pepper shakers on the table. You are... encouraged to enjoy the food as seasoned in the kitchen. 3% kitchen fee on each bill allows the chefs and cooks to earn bonuseswhen the restaurant does well! Read more
Lovely lunch: food was excellent, service attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Best of all, the acoustics... allowed comfortable conversation with a long-lost friend for almost 2 hours. And, our lengthy lunch was encouraged, with noattempts to move us out of the door, as we were told, more than once, to "stay as long as we wanted." If I'm in the area again,I'll definitely return. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but the wait was long and the service was really slow. Food was well plated and... looked nice, but the menu was very limited, the entree portions were small, overpriced, and nothing to write home about. $32will get you 6 oz of ?Meh? steak. So I am staying in Hendersonville for the night, and this place is amazing. This rivals Charleston restaurants. If you are up... here you need to book this place. The drinks are amazing, the Nola BBQ toast, out of this world. The short rib Cavatelli, makesure to get bread to get the sauce, and the Banofee pie was an awesome dessert. Read more
We went to Postero for our anniversary and not only was the food delicious and the service excellent, but they surprised us with... an anniversary card at the end of our meal that all the staff had signed. We were so delighted that they took this extra step tocelebrate with us and we now plan to go there for our anniversary every year. Thank you for a wonderful evening! Read more
One of the best dining experiences we've had in a very long time. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, the food was... incredible, and the wine list was an unexpected bonus. The staff wear masks, and the restaurant has a very open and airy layout.Postero should be on your short list. Period. Read more
First time there. The food was good but not terribly special. The buttermilk battered catfish sandwich was tasty and well... prepared, but not my cup of tea. Will try something else next time.
