I don't normally leave reviews, but the last few times I've there, it's been alful, I always order a Carmel Frappuccino with... coconut milk, no whip topping and know Carmel drizzle. I got it and I didn't taste any coffee and no Carmel flavor, sobasically I was drinking coconut milk with ice, for what you have to pay the order should be right. Read more
Phone message is always "sorry the number you called was busy" I just came in like not even 10 minutes ago for drive thru since... they've basically closed their lobby, and my caramel ribbon crunch was just black coffee and vanilla flavored milk (which Iasked for soy because now I've got stomach gurgles after two sips to make sure it was even done right when I asked for soy) andI just wanted a refund for the drink not even having any soy / no crunchies or even caramel Read more
The line sometimes looks really long but it never takes too long to get through and it's worth it! Drinks are always well made,... staff is friendly and Bentley loves the pup cup. ???? Read more
Wonderful Starbucks near the Blue Ridge Mall. I like to order on the app and then pick up on my way to the mall. Very friendly... staff. They always have my order correct and fast! I tip every time because they are the best! Read more
Love this place but drive thru line is always always backed up. Absolutely the nicest people ever! They remember your name your... order and are more than happy to fix something that was wrong or simply just didn't like. Very friendly staff, convenient to I26, but service is slow, especially when the drive thru line is long. I?d like to think... they?re working as hard as they can, but I feel like I?ve been to other Starbucks with similar line situations and they move abit faster. Read more
