I got a Great American dog and a chili dog with fries. I added a little over $2 for a tip and it came out at $16. The hot dogs... were pretty good (warm but not hot) and I'd probably get them again but I was pretty disappointed by the fries. They weredefinitely super fresh and hot but they were under salted and I only got about a handful of them. Considering the menu price forthem is $5.29 I was just expecting more. Read more

My husband had been looking for an opportunity to try this place for years, based on the recommendation of his friends from... work. We finally were in the right place at the right time & were able to give it a try. The restaurant was founded by a manfrom New York & brought his special recipes with him for a New York experience here in WNC. The food was excellent (for a hotdog place) and the service was very friendly & helpful. Restrooms were roomy & clean single stalls. The only problem was that itis the dog days of Summer & I don?t think the AC was on or working. We were so overheated that we left pretty quickly. Plenty offree parking & fun atmosphere. Read more

Had the lobster roll basket for lunch give that 5 stars for taste, authenticity and presentation. Best Lobster roll I have had... since leaving New England in the late 80s. Came back for dinner hubby had 3 Hendersonville Dogs and I had the Kraut dog with abasket of fries. Twice in one day, Tom?s doing everything right! I wish I would?ve eaten Hot Dog world instead. We had never tried this place before but we thought we would give it a... try. First off, the prices on their website is probably from 2017, so if you?re on a budget, definitely go somewhere else. I?llattach a photo of a current to-go menu. Second of all, the fries taste like old fish oil. It?s evident everything on the menuis fried in the same fryer and oil. It?s gross. I think the fries would have been good had it not been for that. The onion ringson the other hand, were very undesirable. They didn?t have any taste other than fryer oil. And did I mentionoverpriced?????? The hotdogs were some better. Salty, but edible. Very expensive for what we got. They messed up a BLT, very little fries on my plate, 55 dollars should have gotten us way more.... Hate to say price is high, food is soso, service was ok. One star because I felt cheated. Won't be back. Read more
