Third time in a row they messed up our experience. Most of the staff are caring good people. Their ability to execute an order... and pour a beer is absolutely horrible. The waitress didn't even know what items are on the menu to answer simple questions.Two sports bars close by choose carefully before spending money at this BWW. Usually a great place, however, family of four outing for dinner, was cut short. Stood at the entrance for over 5 minutes... because the front wasn't staffed. While waiting, my daughter got sick all over me and the floor. Two separate fellow patronsfelt it necessary to assist. One grabbed paper towels from the mens restroom because the ladies room didnt have any and theother went for an employee to help so no one else got in the mess. Response from the staff... " I'm not cleaning it up!"Needless to say that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Most of the staff is female, what kind of hygiene is practiced from thestaff without proper supply? Great service. Great food. The only complaint would be that it should be more clear what to do when you walk in and there's... already a line of people.
