Third time in a row they messed up our experience. Most of the staff are caring good people. Their ability to execute an order... and pour a beer is absolutely horrible. The waitress didn't even know what items are on the menu to answer simple questions.Two sports bars close by choose carefully before spending money at this BWW. Usually a great place, however, family of four outing for dinner, was cut short. Stood at the entrance for over 5 minutes... because the front wasn't staffed. While waiting, my daughter got sick all over me and the floor. Two separate fellow patronsfelt it necessary to assist. One grabbed paper towels from the mens restroom because the ladies room didnt have any and theother went for an employee to help so no one else got in the mess. Response from the staff... " I'm not cleaning it up!"Needless to say that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Most of the staff is female, what kind of hygiene is practiced from thestaff without proper supply? Only saw two waitresses on the floor. I guess they were all too occupied with whatever else theywere doing to even greet a customer. Read more
The staff was amazing and on point and the food was quick. Even the staff that was supposed to be done for the night took the... time to help and make sure that the customers were well taken care of. Our drinks were refilled as soon as we emptied them (evenmy daughter's milk) and they actually made sure that we enjoyed the food. Read more
We came in wanting something quick. They were slow so it was easy to stay distant. Service was attentive. The food was ok but... not something we would return for. Would defiantly something different if we return. Prices are reasonable. Read more
Overall it was a great experience. The service was top-notch! Our server Lexi was on top of things and did a great job. I'm not... too crazy about the new Buffalo wild wing coating, it's salty which I'm sure is just meant to get you to buy more beer lol. Thesauce recipes are as good as ever, and I really dug the new Thai curry. We had a great time! Read more
Great service. Great food. The only complaint would be that it should be more clear what to do when you walk in and there's... already a line of people. Most people that came in didn't know to find the hostess to get on a list and would just stand inline. Others who knew would come in and get in front of those people on the list. Read more
