The customer service was absolutely horrible! They all seemed really annoyed and irritated. The girl making the bowls seemed... really irritated that she had to service her customers. She was rude to the customer in front of us as well. Reading the reviewsI?m not the only one that has encountered this. Management clearly needs to take care of this problem. Update: I haven?t had an issue ordering online in some months! ???? Don?t bother ordering online at Hendersonville. Every time... I?ve ever ordered online, there?s always been about 20 to 40 minutes after their estimated time. I go inside every time, so it?snot a car line issue. In every instance it would have been faster for me to show up at the estimated time and order in line. Read more

Our first time eating at Chipotle will probably be our last. The food was not really that good and the people behind the counter... seemed very annoyed, either about working or something. After waiting for almost 20 minutes after our pick up time, the chickenbowl thing we received was very bland and had very little flavor. Chips were stale, kids taco shells were very stale. Theguacamole was not very good. The cheese dip was warm, but tasted weird. Spent $40 at this place and none of the food was good.Maybe it's just this place, but what's the big deal with Chipotle??? I love here in Hendersonville and this chipotle is going down hill. I?ve ordered several times in the last month hoping it would... be better every time but it actually got worse. The guacamole isn?t guacamole, it?s WHOLE AVOCADOS. I?m laying $5.95 for a wholeavocado. The steak is very dry. Most of the time I don?t get my chips with my meal ( they ran out). Quality of food was okay tonight. I think they may have just made it through a rush, but team members needed to stay focused and... step up their energy and take care of their dining room, drink station and outdoor patio area so people have a clean place toenjoy the food they just got. Read more
