Really like the food here but countless times they have left sandwiches out of deliveries that were paid for. Todays order I was... told that the delivery pick up person grabbed the bag too soon? why would the guy picking up the bag of food have access to thebag if you didn?t set it out for pick up? Car is in the shop and was told I should have a friend pick it up. I understandyounger people working there but for f sakes what happened to customer service. Went in to get sandwiches, after being asked if we were making an order or picking up the girl with the green hair told us to go... on the other side to place the order. Ok that?s ok HOWEVER, when we didn?t hear her at first she was extremely rude and said ATTHE MEAT SLICER. If you want pleasant people do not go here. LONG MESSAGE ALERT This rating is for food delivery drivers, especially if contracted with DoorDash. During peak lunch (11 -... 2pm) and/or dinner (4 - 7pm), Jersey Mike?s Sub in Hendersonville are very slow. Granted, I was deliver for DoorDash during thelunch rush but there were 5 employees. For most the part everyone was working, I even noticed the rotation from Cashier, GrillWorkers (at least 2 working the grill), ?Cold Sub Workers? again at least 2 working of two cold sub workers one of them took thenext order. The point is from a patron perspective of the restaurant Jersey Mike?s that day was fully staff for the lunchrush. My disappointment is that I had to wait over 30 minutes to received 2 order I had to deliver for DoorDash customers. Ireceived the first order within 10 mins or so.When I received the first order (Eric) I told the employee ?I have another order(Clint).? The employee told me ?it will be just a moment,? so I waiting with understanding it?s peak lunchtime. (And let mesay this, upon arrival I told the cashier at the time I?m here for 2 DoorDash orders Eric and Clint). (Back to my experienced)So after 2 lunch rushes (about 5-6 patrons each rush). I usually eat here three times a week and I?m so sad to write this review as I am NEVER coming back. Upon ordering my sandwich I... noticed the young girl who is about to make my sandwich down the line had her fingers deep in her mouth picking food out of herteeth. Standing right in front of the cutting board. She did this twice and then proceeded to grab gloves to make my sandwich.I called her out in front of everybody. She didn?t say a word took her gloves off and threw them in the trash and walked awaywith an attitude. No sorry, no nothing. This isn?t even the first time I?ve called someone out at this location ?but to thisdegree? Totally unacceptable. Placed an app order, so they had all the specs for the sandwich to look at right in front of them...... Still messed it up.... Ordered a club and an italian, some how had salami on the club and bacon on the italian, as well as the rest of the toppingbeing mixed up. Not the first time for this. Went in today and OMG, the woman behind the counter had the worst attitude. I?ve never encountered a more hateful person in my... life!! Wish I would?ve gotten her name. I absolutely love Jersey Mikes sandwiches. And I eat here very often couple time a week However this past year every time I... order the same thing The club sub which comes with Turkey+Ham+Bacon+Cheese+Onion+Mayo I order this sandwich mikes way and addpickles every time. Every time my husband comes in to get this he has to watch the workers like a hawk now because several timeshe has gotten home and their is no Bacon Andy added pickles not o. There. Tonight they didn?t add the bacon Mayo or pickles andhe had to ask the employee again to make sure this was added. He thought the guy was doing this after being asked twice. He getshome with my sandwich and luckily the bacon is there but not my pickles this time. The menu calls for all of this except thepickles. It?s not rocket science to add what comes onto a sandwich. The food is fabulous!! However please train the employeesbetter so I don?t have to find another sandwich shop to spend my hard earned money at.
