I must say they only had 2 people working. They both were super friendly and were working extremely hard dealing with rude... guests. As a restaurant manager myself I commend them. It?s hard to find quality staff these days. I can?t thank them enoughthey deserve a huge raise. I will definitely give them another shot. Read more
Truly hate to give 1 star however... the dining room was closed, drive thru speakers didn't work, only making 1 order at a time... so waited about 15 minutes for a Grubhub order to find out the didn't even have the milkshake for the order and didn't evenoffer a replacement drink.. had to deliver an incomplete order to the customer after waiting in drive thru for about 15 minutes.They need to close the store and do a complete overhaul on the store and probably staff as well Read more
Just had the best Krystal burger in 51 years of eating them in middle Tennessee. Chris is the most hospitable man I've crossed... paths with in a while and Lindsey takes the time to cook your food as requested instead of the usual don't care attitude seen somuch these days. Plain and simple it's nice to see young people with a good work ethic and a smile on their face and no I didn'tknow their names until asked. Not a inside job for a good review. Lol Read more

This place needs shut down! Over the last 3 weeks I have tried 3 separate times to order something at this location. EVERY... SINGLE TIME, this is not an exaggeration, after waiting and waiting for them to pick up at the speaker, they tell me theirsystem is down and cannot take any orders. They are also extremely rude here. I cannot believe this place is still open. I haveto wonder what management is at this location. I worked at this location 25 years ago, and this type of customer servicewould've never happened. Update: I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER. NO WAY WILL I GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO TALK TO ME LIKE THEY DID. I HOPE NO... OTHER CUSTOMER HAS TO EXPERIENCE THIS TYPE OF RUDENESS!! BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT INTEND TO SAY ANYTHING TO THEEMPLOYEE. This was the worse customer service and experience I've ever had at a restaurant. If they treat all their customerslike this shouldn't even open. I was trying to place an order and their system crashed. I couldn't hear what she was saying so Ipulled to the window and before I could say anything she said get out of our parking lot. We are closed.
