Absolutely amazing it's been 10 years since I've had pastrami and the new Yorker hit the spot it was so juicy I recommend... napkins or a bib. Placed a pick up order of 2 bowls of soup plus 2 sandwiches. Arrived, paid, and received food. Luckily I checked the order... before I left the restaurant because the soups were missing. Finally got the attention of a worker who told me they were out ofsoup. When I questioned why I was charged for items they did not have I was told she couldn?t refund my money. I had to ask fora manager to get the situation resolved. Very disappointing to pay $40 for food but only receive half the order. At the veryleast they should have notified me they were out of soup and not charged me. Likely won?t be back to this location. Terriblecustomer service. Read more
We travel about 50 mins on special occasions just to visit this location. Since the pandemic, like most businesses, they've... faced staffing shortages. However, the staff that remained have been devoted. At times there was just 3 or 4 people working andthey were still kind and attentive. We appreciate them and their dedication to good service! Quick review.. $15 for a sandwich and a large drink is outrageous. I won't do that anymore. Prices likely set by corporate, not... a direct reflection of this store. -0 20 minute wait in below average lunch rush. It's a sandwich... there was however anaccurate 20 minute warning prior to ordering. A little much, but -0 King club and an orange cranberry club. King was missinghoney mustard (there was some smeared on the cut edge by the knife but not inside), and neither sandwich was toasted. I enjoy the food usually from here. Lately, last 3 visits (covers about 3 months), the orders have been slow and wrong. On 7-15,... we decided to go because we were in Hendersonville, it's a 25 min plus trip from my house. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwichas a wrap. Which they did. Got home, there was some barely, at my house we call it RAW bacon on the sandwich. Keep in mind,bacon doesn't come on a grilled chicken sandwich. I looked at the receipt and the cashier had entered grilled chicken club. Thiswas my dinner ????. I had also asked for no condiments..it was dripping with honey mustard AND the ticket said no honey mustard????. So I will take a break from this location for awhile. If you go, have them repeat your order and open everything and checkit before you leave, or you may end up eating potato salad only for dinner ( I don't eat pork). Read more
Food is always good but service is lacking. You can order ahead and still end up waiting for your food. They usually forget to... put something in the bag so I always check when picking up here. Read more
I stopped by for free club day and ended up thoroughly impressed by the customer service and speed of service. The manager and... cashiers were friendly walking around making sure everybody was taken care of. My club was delicious along with the amazingbroccoli cheddar soup. Please bring back oreo cheesecake!
