This is a good location but it is so small inside. I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 15 minutes for my coffee. My hot... food item was ready immediately but had to stick around for the beverage. Read more

Must be training some new people because their customer service was atrocious! They need to train their new people at this... location that the customer is always right and it's called "customer service" for a reason. Told the barista at the drive thruthat I wanted to use points for my free drink and unbeknownst to me, I was supposed to also tell the barista at the windowtoo. 1st mistake. The barista told me that she couldn't do it. Which is comical. I said, sure you can, get your manager. 2ndmistake. They proceeded to give me dirty looks thru the window, as if I care, then I suspect one of the managers (I truly hopeit wasn't, but i think it was) tried to give me a lecture on how I need to tell both people that I want to use my star rewards,as if I knew they don't know how to communicate with one another. Save yourself the trouble and hassle and go to the locationon Indian Lake. WAY MORE PROFESIONAL and they actually KNOW what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS! Read more

My experience already started off badly when I stood in there for about 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order. Every worker in... this Starbucks was very rude. This was my first time in here so I had no idea you get the drink and food at different pick upcounters. No other Starbucks I?ve been to does it this way & no one told me that so I stood even longer thinking I was stillwaiting for my egg bites, only to find them at the other end of the store. Then get to work, make it half way through my drinkand find a piece of plastic that looks like the top of a condiment. Disgusting. I will NEVER return here. This is worse thanMcDonalds level of customer service. Do better!!!! Read more
